Caramel Corn



2 sticks margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
(I pop enough corn to fill both the large roasting pan and the cover).
In sauce pan, melt margarine, brown sugar, syrup & salt.
Bring to a rolling boil, then continue to boil for 5 min. stirring constantly.
Take off heat and add baking soda. 
Mix well and pour over popcorn.
Bake in 2500 oven for 1 hr. stirring every 15 min.
