1 package (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can (15 3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 3/4 oz.) cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1 egg
Preheat the oven to 3500
Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish or spray with non-stick cooking spray
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well and pour into the casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 30 min.
Uncover and bake an additional 30-35 minutes or until set and the top is golden.
Serves 4-6.
