Hash Brown Casserole



2 lbs. thawed hash brown potatoes
1 lb. sour cream
1 stick melted margarine
1 can Cream Chicken or Mushroom soup
dash salt & pepper
dash parsley flakes
1 sm. onion chopped (I usually leave this out)
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed Corn Flakes (reserve 1/2 cup)
Mix all ingredients in lage bowl.
Spread in 9 x 13 casserole.
Top with remaining 1/2 c. crushed Corn Flakes and bake at 3500 for 1 hr.
