Pistachio/Heath Bar Frozen Dessert


50 Ritz crackers crushed
1 stick melted margarine
2 sm. pkg. Instant Royal Pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream softened (or half of half-gallon ice cream)
1 bag of bite-size or mini Heath bars crushed
1 (16 oz) carton Cool-Whip

Crush crackers in lg. Zip-Lock bag with rolling pin.
Combine crushed crackers with margariine and press into a 9" x 13" pan.
Beat milk and pudding until firm and fold in ice cream.
Spread on top of crackers.
Sprinkle half of Heath bar crumbs on top of ice cream/pudding mixture then spread Cool-Whip on top of that.
Sprinkle remaining Heath bar crumbs on top and freeze until ready for use.
Remove from freezer at least 10 min. prior to cutting.
