3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup half and half (cream)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and put in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 stick melted butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix together and sprinkle on top.
Hint: Make a day ahead and keep in bowl in refrig.
Pour into a 9 x 13 dish when ready to bake (then dish won't be cold) and sprinkle on topping before baking.
