2 1/2 pound lean ground beef
2 small onion (chopped finely)
2 egg
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
Dash salt and pepper
4 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 - 6 oz. can tomato sauce
Mix ingredients in a bowl plus 1/2 can of tomato sauce. Pack into bread pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Before the last half hour, pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top then continue to bake.
