Sonoran Salad


Sonoran Salad

1 to 1-1/2 bags of chopped Hearts of Romaine lettuce
1 container grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 (3-4 oz) container crumbled blue cheese
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Dressing:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup vinegar (white distilled)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons sugar
Pepper to taste

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Chop all vegetables in uniform size and toss with dressing. Mix in blue cheese and sprinkle bacon crumbs on top.
